IJ Group International provides artists with the management expertise necessary to produce, promote and tour their work. Irina Paradnaya, IJ Group Senior Partner and General Producer, was the Executive Producer of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, where, for five years she produced 15 ballet and opera premieres, two international tours, an international ballet festival, and the Grand Re-Opening of the Historical Stage of the Bolshoi Theater. During her tenure at The Bolshoi Theater, she worked with such internationally renowned companies as the Paris Opera and New York City Ballet and many revered choreographers, including Alexei Ratmansky, Wayne McGregor, and William Forsythe. Paradnaya received a specialist degree in Theater Producing and Arts Management from the Moscow Art Theater School (MXAT) and holds an M.A. in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. In 2016, she launched IJ Group International with Jared G. Lilly, the organization’s Senior Partner and Director of Operations.

For its upcoming season beginning in Fall 2017, IJ Group International will function as the General Producer of the Arlekin Players Theater, a Massachusetts based organization founded in 2009 that is devoted to enriching, educating and entertaining audiences by adapting classical and contemporary Russian literature in a thought provoking way and by building meaningful connections between Russian and American cultures through shared human experiences.
Sarah Hay Project
IJ Group International is in the process of solidifying an agreement with Sarah Hay, a former ballerina with the Dresden-based Semperoper Ballet and a Golden Globe nominated actress for her role in the mini-series Flesh and Bone. Following its role as Project Producer of Hay’s upcoming collaboration with a leading Los Angeles museum, IJ Group International will continue to organize and manage independent projects for this talented young artist.
IJ Group International is responsible for the project management of the The ArtsLand Festival that will take place in Summer 2018 at MASS MoCA, the esteemed performing arts venue located in North Adams Massachusetts. The Festival will focus on the works of three leading directors from Armenia, Russia and Uzbekistan who are esteemed in their home countries but have had little exposure in America. Distinct in their style and approach, Vahan Badalyan, Lev Erenburg and Boris Gafurov share a commitment to live theater and a passion for ensemble acting that highlights this exciting festival.
