The management consulting arm of IJ Group International is led by Jared G. Lilly, whose focus on nonprofit board development and governance, strategic planning, and special events helps nonprofit institutions develop effective ways to create the structures and practices necessary for success. A graduate of New York University’s M.A. program in Performing Arts Administration, Lilly has had a wide range of experience in the arts, beginning with his schooling as a classically-trained vocalist and pianist. While attending New York University, he worked with the Metropolitan Opera’s Patron and Individual Giving department, and he has served on the Grants Distribution Committee and the Advisory Committee of the Beckley Area Foundation and on the Community Engagement Advisory Committee of the Charlottesville University Symphony Orchestra.
